Simply heat the STIX, MIX, or BALLEN with the milk and cream to the point of frothiness!
If you have had a fresh cup of Bob’s Belgian Hot Chocolate from one of the many Chicagoland holiday markets you will know the great taste of his Delicious hot chocolate!
First – You must use all the ingredients to the correct proportions.
Second– Simply heat the chocolate with the milk and cream to a point of frothiness (About 205 degrees fahrenheit).
Third – Enjoy! (Be careful it is HOT!)
Heating the STIX, MIX, or BALLEN with the milk and cream to a high temperature produces the frothiness that gives the hot chocolate a creamy wonderful & delicious taste!
Be careful not to overheat the mixture as it will quickly boil over and make a mess!
